Important Message: A New Phase…
Over the past several months, I have been entering a new phase of both my life and my practice. During this time, I have felt called to focus inward and tend to my own healing journey, as life has presented meaningful opportunities for reflection, growth, and renewal.
The practice of energy work—and the privilege of teaching it—has been deeply fulfilling to me for the past seven years. As a teacher, I believe it is essential to remain a lifelong student of the practice. I am on a healing journey just as each of you is, and I am honoring this moment by taking the time to deepen my own learning, healing, and experience before fully resuming my practice.
With this in mind, I want to share that I am entering what I’ve come to call a “soft retirement.” This term feels most aligned with where I am at present, as I practice the power of pause and re-attune to my own energy. My intention is that, when I return to teaching, I will be able to show up fully, as my best self and hold space for each student with presence, clarity, and care.
You may be wondering what a soft retirement looks like in practice. For me, it means honoring my energy levels and being thoughtful and intentional about when and how I offer sessions and teachings.
I want to be very clear that I will honor my word to all prior students. When I say that I am always your teacher, I truly mean that. If you have completed one or more levels of training with me and feel called to continue your journey, I will absolutely support you in doing so. While classes will not be scheduled publicly, I invite you to reach out when the time feels right. Together, we will find a schedule that aligns. These offerings will be intentionally small—possibly even one-on-one—and I ask for patience and grace with scheduling so that these sessions are never rushed and can unfold with care and divine guidance.
Private sessions will also remain available to existing clients. If you are interested, please contact me directly so that we can thoughtfully coordinate a time that feels supportive and aligned.
At this time, I am not accepting new clients or students. I deeply believe that we must first honor our own healing so that, when we offer this work to others, we do so from a place of genuine love, light, and the highest possible integrity.
